Position Summary

You design and deliver production-grade software across the full stack and think in systems, not just in code. At the Middle level, you own features end-to-end within an established architecture and take technical direction with minimal hand-holding. At the Senior level, you also own architecture decisions, raise the engineering bar for the team, and mentor peers. You are expected to demonstrate mastery across foundational Computer Science, full-stack technical delivery, applied AI workflows, and advanced English communication - choosing the best solution under constraints and owning outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers.
Participate in technical discussions: system design, code review, architecture trade-offs.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks - caching, query optimization, async processing.
Own end-to-end quality: write and maintain unit, integration, and automation test coverage.
Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows to improve team velocity.
Collaborate across time zones and with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Ops).
(Senior) Lead architecture decisions and mentor Middle-level and junior engineers through code review.

Qualifications

English: fluent with good verbal and written communication - reads, writes, and discusses technical content confidently with international teams (non-negotiable).
3+ years (Middle) to 6+ years (Senior) of professional software development experience.
Solid Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, time/space complexity, concurrency, software design patterns.
Full-stack proficiency in at least one modern language (TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or equivalent); comfortable reasoning about code outside your primary stack.
Hands-on experience with microservice infrastructure: WebSocket or SSE for real-time communication, message queues (Kafka or RabbitMQ), distributed caching (Redis), containerization (Docker).
Strong database foundations: schema design, query optimization, both SQL and NoSQL.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and a test-driven mindset across unit and integration layers.
AI-assisted engineering as daily practice: prompt engineering and AI coding assistants integrated into your regular workflow.
(Senior) Demonstrated mentorship or technical leadership experience, and ownership of architecture decisions.
Nice-to-have: digital transformation initiatives, open-source contributions or technical writing, cloud platform experience (any major provider).
