Leadership Message
I founded GTEMAS after watching talented engineers leave projects midstream, taking critical knowledge with them and forcing teams to rebuild from scratch.
At first, this seemed normal. Over time, as delays increased, quality declined, and client trust eroded, it became clear this was not a technical problem. It was structural.
High turnover is widely accepted in our industry, but acceptance does not reduce the damage. It weakens product quality, disrupts delivery, and undermines long-term partnerships.
