Product Manager

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business problems into validated requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
• Write PRDs clear enough that Engineering and QA can execute without follow-up clarification meetings.
• Partner daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to keep delivery unblocked and scope realistic.
• Define and track success metrics (activation, retention, adoption) and use data to justify prioritization calls.
• Run stakeholder alignment across client and internal teams, managing trade-offs transparently.
• (Senior) Own roadmap prioritization directly with client stakeholders and lead discovery for ambiguous, undefined problems.

Qualifications

• English: fluent with good verbal communication - runs discovery calls and roadmap discussions directly with international clients, no interpreter needed (non-negotiable).
• 3+ years (Middle) to 6+ years (Senior) of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or software services.
• Proven ability to write PRDs/user stories and manage a backlog (Jira, Linear, or Confluence).
• Comfortable reading technical constraints (APIs, data models) well enough to have credible conversations with engineers.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) and A/B testing fundamentals.
• AI-assisted product work as daily practice: uses AI tools for research synthesis, requirement drafting, or roadmap analysis - prioritization judgment still stays with you.
• (Senior) Track record of driving discovery for 0-to-1 or ambiguous problems, not just executing a defined roadmap.
