The Challenge
R.S wanted to own their IP and talent in Vietnam to increase their company valuation before an IPO. However, they lacked local legal knowledge, didn't have a recruitment network, and couldn't afford the 9-month setup time for a legal entity. They needed a partner to start *now* but hand over the keys later.
The Solution
GTEMAS executed a BOT model. Build (Months 1-6): We hired the team under our entity, setup the office, and established culture. Operate (Months 7-18): We managed operations, stabilized delivery, and groomed leadership. Transfer (Months 19-24): We initiated the legal transfer of assets and employment contracts to R.S's newly formed Vietnam entity.
