The Challenge
T.L recruiters spent 70% of their time reading irrelevant resumes. They needed a system to parse PDFs, extract skills, and rank candidates against job descriptions automatically.
The Solution
GTEMAS built the 'Matching Engine'. Using NLP, we parse resumes into structured JSON. We then use vector embeddings to calculate a semantic match score between the candidate and the Job Description, surfacing the top 10% instantly.
Architectural Strategy
Serverless architecture on AWS Lambda to handle burst resume uploads. Vector database (Pinecone) for semantic search.
