Healthcare: HIPAA-Compliant Telehealth MVP in 4 Months

H.C needed to launch a Telemedicine platform immediately due to clinic closures. The challenge was Speed + Compliance. Building video chat is easy; making it HIPAA-compliant and secure is hard. They needed a turnkey partner to take the specs and deliver a finished product.

GTEMAS took full project ownership. Video: We used WebRTC for peer-to-peer streaming with Twilio fallback. Security: We implemented End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) and strict role-based access control (RBAC). Data at rest was encrypted. Management: We managed the entire backlog, QA, and release process.

The platform handled 5,000 consults in month 1. H.C retained 90% of patients during lockdown and secured Series B funding based on this asset.
