Position Summary

GTEMAS is looking for experienced technology professionals to join our Talent Ecosystem as Technology Leaders across eight core disciplines: Product Management, Product Design, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Engineering Management. This is built for accomplished Senior, Lead, Principal, Architect, or Manager-level professionals who want to extend their impact beyond their individual role. As a GTEMAS Leader, you use your expertise and professional judgment to identify strong talent, assess capability, mentor professionals, and help build a high-quality community within your discipline. The role is flexible by design: you keep your primary career and contribute based on your availability. We value expertise, meaningful contribution, and long-term commitment - not fixed working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Interview and evaluate professionals within your discipline against the Talent Ecosystem's Skill Profile rubric.
Assess capability, experience, technical depth, and seniority - not just resume keywords.
Mentor and coach talent to support their professional and career development.
Help build and strengthen a high-quality professional community within your discipline.
Contribute to competency standards, assessment calibration, and professional best practices.
Support talent matching and technical discussions for relevant client opportunities.
Help develop the next generation of Senior, Expert, and Leader-level professionals.
(Optional, separately compensated) Take on active delivery support, project lead, or architect roles on client engagements in your discipline.

Qualifications

English: fluent with good verbal communication - runs technical interviews and mentoring conversations directly with professionals across markets.
Deep expertise and a strong track record in one of the 8 disciplines above, at Senior level or above.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment, including the ability to evaluate and challenge experienced professionals.
Experience interviewing, mentoring, coaching, or leading others - not just doing the work yourself.
Practical understanding of AI and its impact on your profession, not just passing familiarity.
A continuous-learning mindset and genuine commitment to developing others.
