Business Development Collaborator (IT Services)

Position Summary

The Business Development Collaborator is responsible for acquiring new clients and identifying business opportunities for Gtemas's IT outsourcing services (Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Team, ODC). You will leverage your network and digital channels to connect with potential clients in key markets (US, EU, APAC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new client relationships in target markets (US, EU, APAC) through strategic prospecting.
  • Promote Gtemas’s key services: IT Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Teams, and Software Development.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and personal networks to generate high-quality leads.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare presales proposals, estimations, and contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to find upselling opportunities and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT Outsourcing/Software).
  • Strong communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent) for international negotiation.
  • Understanding of IT Outsourcing models (Time & Material, Fixed Price, ODC) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
